
Pecan-Topped Candied Yams
Sweet, crunchy, and festive, basically dessert disguised as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Bruce’s Candied Yams, drained (15 oz each)
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread drained Bruce’s Candied Yams evenly in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the yams.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly caramelized on top.
