
Sweet Potato Pie
A Southern classic that never goes out of style, smooth, spiced, and soul-warming.
Ingredients
- 1 can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes (29 oz)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Bruce’s Yam Pie Filling, eggs, evaporated milk, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
