Ingredients

  • 1 can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes (29 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bruce’s Yam Pie Filling, eggs, evaporated milk, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
