- 1 can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes (29 oz)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine Bruce’s Yam Pie Filling, eggs, evaporated milk, and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
