Savory Sweet Potato & Sausage Stuffing

- 1 can Bruce’s Cut Yams, drained and cubed (29 oz)
- 1 lb sausage (pork or turkey)
- 4 cups cubed bread (day-old preferred)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until sausage is browned; drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine sausage mixture with bread cubes and Bruce’s Cut Yams.
Add chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated and moistened.
Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until golden on top and heated through.
