Jazz It Up: Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 (15-oz.) cans Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup, drained
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted, plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook while mashing, until warmed through and no large lumps remain, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Combine butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl, and heat in the microwave until butter is melted and mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
3. Pour butter mixture evenly over sweet potatoes and mash to combine. Serve topped with a pat of butter and drizzle of additional syrup.
